We agree that Crystal Mountain, The Teddy Knape Film Fest, contest partners, sponsors, and charitable beneficiaries have no liability whatsoever for any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action on account of any injuries, losses or damages, of any kind and from any cause by participating in this contest. Furthermore, I hereby irrevocably consent to the use of my name, film, photograph or a reproduction in any form by Crystal Mountain, The Teddy Knape Film Fest or by anyone Crystal Mountain or The Teddy Knape Film Fest authorizes for the purpose of advertising, trade, illustration or publication in any manner and waive my right to any compensation (other than the prizes awarded) related to the use of the film, music, names, images, or persons therein.
